Patch Morphing for Pro 3

Sequential has added a major enhancement to the Pro 3 multi-filter mono synth — patch morphing. To use the new feature, users will need to upgrade to version 1.2 of the Pro 3 operating system, which is currently available in pre-release or “Beta” format on the Sequential User Forum.

User Wavetables for Pro 3

Sequential’s web-based utility Wavetable Generator allows users to convert up to 16 single-cycle waves into a Pro 3 compatible wavetable and load it into to any of the 32 user wavetable slots on the synth. This significantly expands the sound palette of the instrument.

Tempest is Retiring

After nearly 9 years, Sequential’s 6-voice analog drum synth, Tempest, is retiring. Co-developed by Dave Smith and noted instrument designer Roger Linn, Tempest has been embraced by musicians from a wide range of genres for both live performance and studio recording.
